Common Issues and Their Resolution

These include widespread malfunctions typical for specific iPhone or iPad models. Such issues are generally well-known and do not require additional investigation. In these cases, we perform express repairs. Often, fixing common issues does not take much time, and the cost of the work is known in advance.

Uncommon Issues and Their Resolution Process

These are cases where the cause of malfunctions or other device issues is not obvious. To identify the problem, diagnostics are required. The repair process in such cases follows this sequence:

  1. Customer inquiry.

  2. Identification of the malfunction and ways to fix it (diagnostics).

  3. Agreement on the repair cost with the customer.

  4. Repair.

  5. Functionality check.

  6. Return of the working device to the owner.

Functionality Check

To ensure that the device received for repair is functioning correctly and that its functionality is not compromised during the repair, we conduct a four-stage functionality check:

  1. Upon receiving the device, the manager conducts a thorough audit and checks it against a specially developed checklist to record its working or non-working functionalities.

  2. A second check is performed by the technician, who ensures that the checklist matches the actual condition of the device received for repair.

  3. The next stage of control is an audit using the same checklist after servicing or restoring and fully assembling the device.

  4. The final functionality check is conducted directly with the customer before handing over the device.

Control is the key to quality work. This way, we ensure that the customer receives exactly what they came for!
